New Year, New You! Program for fitness and success in 6 weeks, Sign up here
What better way to get strong, lose fat, and find new friends than New Year, New You! Open to women and children of all ages, we will meet in East Portland near 182/Division. There is no charge for this program. We want you to have the chance to document your success via video/pictures etc., so be ready to sign and release, as well as bringing a healthy snack to our weekly meetings.
You will need: Water bottle, tennis shoes, clothes to sweat in, jacket or layers for cold weather, be ready to move. If you're bringing little ones, make sure they are bundled as we will be outside for workouts! Don't forget to sign up and we'll contact you with more info :)
